Analytics & RGM Manager

• Analyze MM, Nielsen, MOTOR and other data to find opportunities for distribution, packs, brands, channels and pricing.
• Analyze current SKU and portfolios for margin improvement and analyze pricing for New Products and Revenue Growth in current portfolio.
• Responsible for framing and communicating the Commercial Policy, basis pack pricing, RTM formats, product promotions and distribution distances
• Collects performance feedback from Regions to create and monitor - • Discount support plans by geography and Channel on monthly basis • Brand/ Pack promotion Plans and execution
• Forecasting and analyzing volume trends by brand and pack. Working with DOIP team to review performance vs RE and BP.
• Defining annual RGM Targets & roadmap to achieve the same by working with Finance and BSG teams.
