About the Opportunity
The Customer Success Manager is the lead and the day-to-day contact for their assigned clients; they are client-facing and work closely with their support team to ensure all client deliverables are met and client satisfaction is sound across all accounts. The CSM will become knowledgeable of our technology and execute various tasks such as media strategy and implementation, product upsells, data analysis and presentation, customer communication, and issue resolution, to name a few. 
  • Manage, oversee & delegate execution of client deliverables ranging from Creative to Media to Strategy by partnering with the applicable internal and external teams
  • Strategize and oversee implementation of monthly client media plans and product upsells
  • Become the expert on each clients’ performance across media and technology
  • Present performance data to clients
  • Be comfortable leading client conference calls and in-person meetings 
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and year-end meetings/presentations
  • Become an expert in AppVault’s technology offerings, potentially participating with new business pitches

What You’ll Bring to the Table
The CSA identifies as a proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver that thrives in a fast-paced work environment and isn’t afraid of day-to-day challenges. If you are a collaborative go-getter who wants to be a customer advocate and partner closely with a scaling team to drive customer success, this is a great opportunity for you.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment, transportation, or client-facing experience
  • BA/BS Bachelor’s degree
  • Diligent prioritization skills, strong multi-tasker & ability to adapt to constantly changing and unexpected deadlines
  • Experience working with a team & delegating when necessary
  • Obtain a solid understanding of our product offerings and how they benefit our clients’ recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
